Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Meat Juices
  • 3-4 cups Stock
  • 2-3 Tbsp Plain Flour
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1/2 Fresh Herbs, Sage, Rosemary And Thyme, Chopped


Method

  1. In a roasting pan, keep approximately 2 tablespoons of meat juices.
  2. Add the herbs
  3. Over a low heat sprinkle the flour over the meat juices and stir mixing together until it is slightly browned
  4. Gradually add the stock stirring as you pour slowly as to not make lumps
  5. Bring to the boil and simmer until desired consistency
