This Fat-Burning Strawberry Smoothie just MIGHT help you get that summer body you want!

Summer is just around the corner and I’m already dreading the thought of putting on a swimsuit! This smoothie is really yummy, and I quite often have one for breakfast – it doesn’t bloat me like cereal usually does. So give it a go, it’s nice and healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt (low Fat)
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 1 Small Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
